Last weekend I went to a Victoriana picnic, it was a fun if not slightly windy day. We were part of a gathering for the History group in Old Reynella.

It was rather interesting trying to cope with a large dress and a large hat both of which acted like sails, I though for a moment I was going to take off.
I tried to be graceful and I think I managed it some of the time but I am still unsure of that, this is my most graceful pose.....

I love this picture though, 3 big frocks on one poor little park bench

These picies were taken with my Birthday present from my wonderful Stinki Boi, its a JVC Everio handycam, no mess no fuss, 60g hard drive, all singing, all dancing so I might be able to put up some more picies, yay

I am now off to eat and this weekend I'm gardening, not fun!!!!!!!

I have had my Christmas PArty and it went quite well.....

It was the Victoriana Society of SA's Christmas dinner at COS Restaurant, the food was great and a good time was had by all, thanks to Wendy for organising such a wonderful time.

High Tea at the Boho

Today I went to High Tea at the Boho Bar in Unley. The girls (Miss Wendy, My Shelle, Suzi Babe and Lyn) and I met at about 3pm and an afternoon of total indulgence ensued.

We had 3 pots of different types of Tea, sandwiches, scones and other assorted goodies. The food and tea was very yummie and the atmosphere was brilliant too, the Boho Bar is sooo cool.

Ater we decided to stay on and have a couple of drinks and some hot chips and potatoe skins, we had lots of girly talks and taled to Shelle about her moving to the land of the long white cloud. We are happy for her but we would prefere to keep both her and Warlock here.

It was a loverly afternoon, plans were set in motion for another High Tea afternoon, maybe with a few more of our friends as well.

Well this is amazing 2 posts in less than a week, something is wrong I think, teeeheee.

Stupid Sick Me

Ok.........what happened??????

I have been fine and dandy and now in a little under 24 hrs I have a cough and a snotty nose, ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I have been in my job a little over 5 weeks, I cannot get sick now, are you listening to me body? Grrrrrrrr *Gibbs Stare*

I hope everyone is going well, Mum and Dad are in China and will soon be on their way to Egypt on their "We are so retired" round the world trip.

Stinki boi is trying very hard not to loose his temper with both of our computers and their apparent inability to remeber that there are DVD and CD burners attached to them. Its not working though, I did spy him trying to Gibbs slap one of them, I think it was mine. I'm of the same idea as Abby, that they can sense fear, teeeheeee.

I hope Sez is having a good time being Adulty (this does not mean that you have to behave resposibly at your party though), Shall have to catch up with you and go out you, me and the Sandyone....... and get really really whatsited on the pixie juice.

I have a friends 40th tomorrow night, its a hippy night, can you imagine either stinki boi or me as a hippy, so we have decided that he will be a mod and I will be knocking something up as usual.

I think his car is screwed so I will be driving................back later, grrrrrrrrrrr

My second post and what do I have to say...........nada, zip, nothing........meeh

Stinkboi is watching a movie because it is his day off and I'm not really in the mood for it so I though "I'll write another journal!" now I am here what the hell am I going to say????????

Finally got my mother sorted with her Live Journal account, this means that while her and dad are away on their "Retirement world trip" I can be driven insanely jealous by her up dates, grrrrrrrrr. But it is good she is using the IT part of her brain, we woke this up by giving her a palm pilot, then she got herself an mp3 player, now its live journal and a flicker account and look out world her she comes............

Caught up with Sandypaw and family on Friday, was good to catch up with her, fangiboi and the smallest addition, no 1 son was in bed already. I brought up my make up box to play with doing some over the top make up for photographic purposes, we had lots of fun, I did one half of her face fairy and the other side a cyber look it was fun.

The rest of my weekend was taken up with working at the shop on Sat and cleaning house and silver wear (for mrgone) then we went to see some friends for an evening of pizza and Ferris, yay sooooo happy.

Well I think I have gone on too long now

Will try to think of more to say for next time.

How the hell do you start these things?

I have had this Journal for a while and only now do I use it.

Well congrats to Sandypaw who now has baby mark II, hoping all is well in that houshold and that things are crusing along just fine.

Ok I think I'll just keep things short & sweet, no sence in over doing it
